Carriers, service levels, and timing

DHL and USPS supply our standard, expedited, and priority options; FedEx and USPS also supply express options for an extra fee. Carrier movement ordinarily spans one through seven business days following fulfillment, though unavoidable disruption may extend that period. Choose during checkout and treat every arrival date as an estimate.

Fulfillment commitment

We aim to move an order into shipment at the earliest opportunity. A customer who has no confirmation email by business day three after placing it should contact the Support team.

Freight forwarders

An order may not be routed to a freight forwarder or another shipment-forwarding provider. Such an order will be cancelled and reimbursed in full.
